Orders
You can access and review all ticket, hotel, transfer and dynamic package reservations and bookings of all agencies under this menu.
> reserved tickets: all reservations by all subagencies . To find out any particular reservation quickly, you can make use of agency, provider and date range filters.
> finalized tickets; all tickets that are finalized by all subagencies. Status filter is available for this section for quick search.
> reserved hotels; all reservations made by all subagencies. You can follow up this section and notify subagencies about due dates.
> finalized hotels; all finalized hotel orders at both booked or canceled status.
> transfer; all transfer orders can be accessed by advanced search options; transfer-sale date, departure/arrival, airport, transfer type and status. You can retrieve transfer orders based on a particular date range as well.
> dynamic package; all dynamic package orders can be found based on booked, reserved, cancelled etc. status.
> other services; tour, visa, insurance, ski pass and diamond club orders will be available at this pages.
> group reservation; any group reservation request sent by any subagent via system is saved at this page. To review details of request, just click on any record. You can also correspond with sending subagency inside the record.
Furthermore, status is recommended to be set as In progress, Quoted, Completed or Cancelled for the purposes of effective handling and follow-up.
In case you are not able to respond subagency’s group price request, please send group details to mice@iati.com where your request will be processed by IATI head office group department.
