Open/Close Flight Provider Feature for CROs !
Dear CRO Partners,
You can open or close your own flight provider to sales both for your own office and also for your contracted CRO offices from now on.
In case you make an agreement with a CRO partner to open your flight provider for its subagents, you can simply enable it at your side. Likewise, you can disable as well.
You can use this feature in other cases too. For example, you may wish to close your flight provider to sale for a temporary period due to a technical error or missing stock etc.
To access the relevant page, just click CRO > flight provider management > open / close provider
– You can list all your providers at select provider box.
– Also, you can filter your providers by provider type (e.g. GDS, XML etc.)
– Furthermore, you can type any specific office in Search box to filter results by office.
If you checkmark your provider for an office, system will show flight results of in that office within a few minutes. To stop sales, you can simply remove the check !
*FlightProviderAuthority is required to open or close any flight provider on this new page.
This authority has just been added to the list of authorities under CRO > definitions > Operation special authorization definition for office users. Office Master User can give authority to the concerned user(s).
Note: Please pay attention not to open your flight provider(s) for CRO offices with whom you have not made agreement in advance.
