Development for Load Change Manually !
Dear CRO Partners,
This news is for CRO partners who perform ticket operations for their own flight providers.
A new development has been released for Load Change Manually.
System will automatically fill in the the page based on the main PNR from now on. Thus, you callcenter can just edit the original details by reflecting the requested change instead of entering all details.
You can modify flight date, time, number, airports, legs and also passenger information etc.
Also, a calculator button has been added at the bottom of the page. This is to facilitate the calculation between provider currency and agency currency for some partners who give service to other CROs as well.
