Office Account Limit Feature !
Dear CRO Partners,
If you distribute your products to another CRO office, now you can also set the office account limit for your partner.
A special authority “OfficeAccountLimitSet” is required to be given in advance in order to display and set account limits. Master Users can give this authority.
To acess Office Account Limit Settings page, click CRO > finance > office account limit settings

If the Office Balance is minus (e.g. ASHGABAT USD > -2.533.61), this means the office has 2.553.61 available balance and it is shown at Remaining Amount.
However, if the Office Balance is positive and Remaining Amount is minus, (e.g. AMMAN 98.63 office balance and -98.63 remaining balance), this will require either credit or payment.
Otherwise, system will not allow booking in case any of their subagent try to book either flight, hotel or transfer product belonging to your office.
Therefore, if there is no any payment to be credited to the debted office for now, you can simply give credit to your partner till the payment is received.
Let’s assume that you want to give 5.000 USD credit limit to AMMAN office.
It is done !
Now, the remaining available credit limit of your partner office has been 4,901.37 USD.
Subagents of your partner can book from your office up to this amount.
Also, system will automatically send e-mail to the e-mail address (accounting@amman.com) entered when the available credit falls under the entered limit (1,000.00 USD in this example).
