Development for CRO Callcenter Refund Screen !
Dear CRO Partners,
A new advanced version of Refund screen will be released on system soon.
Before releasing the new version, we would like to show you how to process your usual refund operations on the new version at 5 Steps !
1 – Select passenger(s)
2 – Click “I want to make the transaction manually”
3 – Enter refund amount into the box for passenger
4 – Click “Calculate Manually” button
Please just check the amounts to be applied on the transaction summary chart below:
5 – Click “Create Accounting” button
It is done !
Now you can close this window and set order status as “canceled” and click on UPDATE !
