Provider system provider.iati.com is ready for tours!
Not only CROs but also their tour firms can have a provider account to upload their own tours.
What are the advantages of this new interface ?
- Upload/edit ability for tour provider

- Control by CRO on uploaded tours (activate/deactivate)

How to offer tour package, excursion or cruise in 2 quick steps!
Firstly, provider company is required to be created.
Step 1 – define provider company
CRO » operation » definitions » define company
After tour provider company is created, a provider account is required to be created for tour provider to upload their tours on provider.iati.com.
Please send an e-mail to cro@iati.com by specifying the e-mail address of tour provider company. We will send you password for the new provider account.
Now it is time to explore provider.iati.com ! Tour provider company can login its provider account to define tour.
Step 2 – define tour
- Fill in the boxes
- Click on added tour to go for details
After completing the above uploading process, the tour provider company may request you (CRO) to open their tours for sale on IATI system.
At this point, please click CRO » definitions » other service definitions » monitor and confirm defined tours
Here you can monitor and open any added tour for sale!
It is done!
Now all your agencies can book the new tour when they search at package tours menu.
Package tour, excursions and cruise menus are under other services page by default. Yet, if you start selling these products, you can move their menu/icon on main page of all your subagents as well.
To do this just click CRO » definitions » CRO (all agents) main page settings
Lastly, you can set your own and also subagent commissions for tour sales just like flight and hotel sections.
