Please find below the notice published by THY regarding the “VOID Operations”
VOID operation is used to prevent passenger or agency from any inconvenience due to tickets issued faultily.
However, misusing the VOID operation causes commercial and operational inconveniences.
Therefore, VOID operation will be allowed until 2 hours after issuing the ticket as of this day.
