You can set your flight commissions (S.P. – CRO service price) at 3 steps.
Thus, you will get commission from all flight tickets issued by subagents automatically.

How can I set 10 USD S.P. per pax?
In this example, we will set a commission rule that will apply 10 USD S.P. per pax for all Amadeus flights.
Step 1 – add rule
- select provider as provider commission type
- select provider name (Amadeus in this example)
- type rule name (e.g. Amadeus 10 USD Per Pax)
- choose priority (e.g. 10 which is the least priority)
- select Agency Office and your own office name in rule part
Now click SAVE to add rule!
Step 2 – add action
After the rule is added as described above, you can add action by following the instructions below;
- type in CRO action name
- define action
- set currency
Now click SAVE to add action!
Step 3 – match rule-action
Now you can navigate to match rule-action menu to match your rule and action.
It is done! Click SHOW button at commission list menu to see the new rule.
To ensure the new rule is set successfully, wait around 15 min. and then search/select an Amadeus flight to check whether 10 USD is visible at S.P. section on reservation page.
- Search and select an Amadeus flight;
- Continue to booking page and check S.P.;
How can I set 3% S.P.?
In this example, we will set a commission rule that will apply 3% S.P. over fare to all Amadeus flights.
Step 1 – add rule
Fill in the fields as below and click SAVE!
Step 2 – add action
Fill in the fields as below and click SAVE!
Step 3 – match rule-action
Match rule and action. Click SAVE!
It is done! Click SHOW button at commission list menu to see the new rule.
To ensure the new rule is set successfully, wait around 15 min. and then search/select an Amadeus flight to check whether 10 USD is visible at S.P. section on reservation page.
- Search and select an Amadeus flight;
- Continue to booking page and check S.P.;
*167 USD (fare) / 100 x 3 (3%) = 5.01 USD is successfully applied!
