agency group management
You can categorize your subagencies on IATI system in line with your sales & marketing strategies.
Advantages:
- Apply different commission rates
- If required, just change agency’s group instead of modifying the commission rule.
Agency group management is completely at CRO’s discretion. Various parameters can be preferred. As an example, 2 different grouping methods will be given below:
Grouping by Agency Type
- IATA agencies
- Non-IATA agencies
- Corporate firms
- HWEB
In this way, you can minimize the commissions to be applied to products that are already available with IATA agency while the commission rates on unavailable products can be marked up. Higher commission rates may be applied to Non-IATA, Corporate and HEWB firms.
Grouping by Rating
Subagencies can be grouped and treated on the basis of rating criteria.
- A Rating (best-seller agencies)
- B Rating (selling agencies)
- C Rating (new or inactive agencies)
- D Rating (agencies using the system only for pricing)
For example; any agency achieving 10 ticket sales volume per day can be included in A Rating group. Thus, you can apply lower commission rates to such agencies to promote their sales further.
